LEGO Engineering
6-Week STEM Program for Kids
A hands-on engineering adventure where kids ages 5–12 build real structures, test them, and redesign them — learning one clear engineering principle every week through the universal language of LEGO.
Why LEGO Engineering?
Learning by Building
The best classes feel like a game with a purpose. Kids leave each session having built something cool — and having learned one clear engineering idea.
Hands-On Problem Solving
Kids build, test, and improve every session — the same process real engineers use every day.
One Clear Concept Per Class
Each lesson introduces one engineering idea so kids leave knowing exactly what they learned and why it matters.
Redesign Mindset
Every build includes an intentional redesign phase, teaching kids that failure is just the first version of success.
The 6-Week Program
What We Build Together
Week 1: Build It Tall
Students learn why a wide base and balanced structure help a tower stand up. Kids discover how engineers keep buildings standing using strong foundations and balanced shapes.
Week 2: Bridge Challenge
Students learn how bridges span gaps and carry weight. Arches, supports, and strong shapes make bridges both long and strong.
Week 3: Roll and Move
Students explore wheels, axles, motion, and friction by building vehicles and testing them on ramps — discovering why wheels are one of the most useful inventions.
Week 4: Ramp Lab
Students learn how slope affects speed and movement, building and testing ramps at different heights and measuring results.
Week 5: Levers and Lifts
Students learn that simple machines can move or lift objects. Pivot placement, force, and fulcrums explained in kid-friendly language.
Week 6: Super Build Challenge
Students combine stability, strength, motion, and simple machines into one final original LEGO invention and explain how it works.
