A Question for Parents
What would you do
with an hour?
MOVE
Build strength, reconnect with your body and take a pelvic-health-informed Movement Medicine class.
WORK
Open your laptop and actually finish something while your family is in the studio.
RESTORE
Take 20 quiet minutes to downshift, breathe and reset.
CONNECT
Join classes, workshops and gatherings designed to support families through every season.
And while you do?
Your child is nearby, engaged in purposeful play with our Play Specialists. Our approach incorporates PT, OT and childhood-development-informed principles through movement, sensory exploration, creativity and connection.
Everyone gets something they need.
The Problem
Parenting Wasn't Meant
to Be This Hard
Modern families are stretched in every direction — and the spaces around us weren't built for how we actually live.
Self-Care Always Comes Last
Between drop-offs, work, and endless to-dos, finding time for your own health feels impossible.
You're Always Waiting
Kids' classes mean sitting in your car, scrolling your phone, or running errands instead of recharging.
Wellness Spaces Aren't Built for Families
Gyms, studios, and co-working spaces don't welcome children — so parents have to choose.
It Takes a Village — and It's Missing
Without nearby family or community, parenting can feel isolated and overwhelming.
We thought there had to be a better way.
Parents and caregivers shouldn't have to choose between taking care of themselves and taking care of their family.

Our Story
We Built the Place
We Wished Existed
We were raising three young children without family nearby. We needed a place to recharge, work, and build connections — while our kids were in a growth and enrichment oriented environment.
So we built it.
