Dr. Charisse Balance, DPT, RYT
Co-Founder
Pelvic health physical therapist and certified yoga instructor. Doctorate in PT with a background in Exercise Physiology and Psychology. Specializes in pre/post-natal care, pelvic floor therapy, and birth preparation. Trusted partner of local hospitals, midwives, and OB-GYNs throughout Ventura County.
Paddy Sullivan
Co-Founder
Serial entrepreneur with a proven track record founding and scaling innovative businesses. Brings strategic leadership and operational expertise to Illuminate Studios. Also serves as a Professional Expert in Music with the Ventura Unified School District.
