About Edy

Teaching Artist, Creative Facilitator & Guide

Edy Pickens Levin is a professional artist, educator, Board Certified Autism Technician, and founder of EdyMade Creative Arts & Wellness Studio. With more than 25 years of experience facilitating creative programming with children and families throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, she works at the intersection of art, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Through creativity, Edy supports individuals in developing deeper awareness, emotional connection, and a sense of inner grounding. Her work invites participants to engage the creative process not as a pursuit of perfection, but as a pathway to presence, reflection, and personal insight.

Her approach integrates elements of breathwork, mindfulness, and reflective practice — creating a holistic environment that supports both creative exploration and emotional well-being. Whether in a classroom, workshop, or one-on-one setting, she offers a space that is both structured and open, where individuals are encouraged to move at their own pace and trust their process.

At the heart of Edy's work is a belief that creativity is not something to be achieved, but something to be accessed — a natural human capacity that can support healing, growth, and meaningful connection.

Jena Doolas
